Rakhi is also known as Raksha Bandhan and the celebrations of Rakhi is been very special for every brothers and sisters. The bond of protection is called Rakhi which is a Hindu festival. The celebrations is all about strengthening the bond of love between brothers and sisters. The tradition is to tied a Rakhi on brothers hand by sister is what we know. Around the world people celebrates this festival. Even other religions are also there to add their contributions to the celebrations. About a month before the Raksha Bandhan people starts purchasing the goods to celebrate the Rakhi festival. Sisters looks to buy different varieties of Rakhis for their brothers. Sisters tie Rakhi on brothers hand while Brothers give gifts to their sisters and they exchange sweet with each other. This is how the celebrations began for the festival of love for all the brothers and sisters.
